These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pakr7 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using pakr7, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and the operator of the pakr7 platform ("pakr7", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://pakr7.cam. By accessing, registering on, or using the pakr7 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pakr7 platform. These Terms apply to all services offered by pakr7, including online sports betting, live casino games, slot games, instant games, account management, promotional offers and customer support interactions.
Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and related regulations. These Terms are written in English, the official language of the pakr7 platform. In the event of any translation or summary being prepared in another language, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this Agreement:

| Wagering Requirement | A condition specifying the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. |
| KYC | Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to confirm a User's identity, age and eligibility. |
| PKR | Pakistani Rupee — the currency unit used to display account balances and transactions on the Platform for Pakistani users. |
| Self-Exclusion | A voluntary process by which a User requests that their access to the Platform be restricted for a defined or indefinite period for responsible gambling purposes. |
Registration and use of the pakr7 Platform is strictly limited to adults. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to create an Account or place any wager. pakr7 performs age verification as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Meeting the minimum age requirement does not, by itself, make gambling lawful in Pakistan. Users are responsible for understanding the laws applicable in their jurisdiction before registering or placing bets. Being 18 years of age is a minimum platform requirement, not a declaration that gambling is legally permitted in Pakistan.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing, registering on, or using an online gambling platform is prohibited by applicable law. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for assessing whether such use is lawful under Pakistani law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the pakr7 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated funds.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details at all times. pakr7 reserves the right to require additional documentation to verify the accuracy of account information at any stage.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account with any third party. pakr7 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
pakr7 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. Users will be required to submit government-issued identification and proof of address documents before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. pakr7 reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any Account without prior notice where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, multiple account creation, terms violation, money laundering, underage gambling or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases, funds may be withheld pending investigation.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. pakr7 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published in the Cashier section at the time. Users will be notified in advance of any such fee being applied. Remaining balances after deductions will remain accessible upon request.
Deposits are credited to your Account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable. Available deposit methods are listed in the Cashier section and may change at any time without prior notice. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are set out in the Cashier. pakr7 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
References to payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are made as contextual familiarity references for Pakistani users only. pakr7 does not claim any affiliation, partnership or endorsement with these providers. Always verify currently available payment methods in your Account Cashier at the time of any transaction.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before any withdrawal is processed, KYC verification must be complete, all applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been satisfied, and the account must be in good standing.
pakr7 does not make guarantees regarding specific withdrawal processing timeframes, as these can be affected by internal review procedures, KYC status, payment method processing times and other factors beyond our direct control. Indicative processing times, where provided, are estimates only and are not contractually binding.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are specified in the Cashier section of your Account and may be updated from time to time. Users are responsible for reviewing current limits before initiating any transaction.
All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets and other incentives offered by pakr7 are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. These general Terms apply alongside any promotion-specific terms. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that specific promotion.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum number of times the bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly for each individual promotion. Users should review wagering requirements before opting into any bonus. Attempting to withdraw funds while an active bonus remains subject to unmet wagering requirements may result in the bonus being forfeited.
Bonuses are available only to eligible accounts meeting the published criteria. pakr7 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility, modify bonus amounts, cancel bonus offers, or reclaim credited bonuses where eligibility conditions have not been met, where abuse is suspected, or where account irregularities are identified.
Any bonus amounts stated on the pakr7 website, including figures such as "up to PKR 25,000" or "up to PKR 10,000", are illustrative maximums and are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion, including minimum deposit requirements and eligibility criteria. These amounts are not guaranteed and individual awards may vary.
All bets placed on pakr7 are subject to acceptance by the Operator. pakr7 reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected system errors, data feed inaccuracies, irregular betting patterns, or where acceptance of the bet would not be commercially reasonable.
Odds displayed on the Platform are provided in good faith based on available data. In the event that odds are published in error — whether due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or human error — pakr7 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Winnings derived from demonstrably erroneous odds are not binding on pakr7.
Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as determined by the applicable governing body or, where no official result is available, at pakr7's reasonable discretion based on available evidence. Settlement of cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments and Pakistan domestic fixtures — follows official published results from the relevant cricket board.
Rules governing abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled events are set out in the sport-specific betting rules accessible within the sportsbook. Users are advised to review these rules before placing bets on events that may be subject to weather delays, rescheduling or cancellation.
Casino and slot games operate on independently certified random number generators (RNG). Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game studios and may vary by title. Published RTP figures are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee returns in any individual session. Past results do not predict future outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pakr7 Platform. Users found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct may have their Accounts suspended or permanently closed and funds forfeited pending investigation:
All content on the pakr7 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, game descriptions, marketing materials and any other creative works — is the intellectual property of pakr7 or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of pakr7.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakr7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
pakr7 makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error or technical fault. The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
pakr7 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device compatibility limitations, or third-party service disruptions that may affect your ability to access or use the Platform. Users are responsible for ensuring they have a suitable device and internet connection.
By using pakr7, you acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that outcomes are determined by chance. You accept full responsibility for any financial loss incurred through the use of the Platform. pakr7 does not guarantee any financial return from gambling activity on the Platform.
The pakr7 Platform is operated under an international framework. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating licence, details of which are available upon request through customer support.
Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so subject to Pakistani law. Any dispute arising between you and pakr7 that cannot be resolved through customer support shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available from customer support upon request.
pakr7 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or via an in-platform notification.
The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page under "Last updated". Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform and contact customer support to arrange account closure.
It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. pakr7 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to review updated Terms in a timely manner.
